Sadly no one mentioned this here. With some luck I snagged a decent deal for this -

Got it for ₹19,500. According to reviews this seems worth it and better than Logitech. I missed out the slightly better version “Ferrari Integral” for barely 1k more.

Note - Some prices were lower before (yesterday), check and see if it’s worth it. IMO some prices still worth it. Luckily I snagged mine at the lowest price still.

Sorry to break this news to you - Thrustmaster doesn't have any service centers in India, so the provided 1 year warranty is of no use. You'll be having a hard time getting it replaced from Amazon for Warranty purposes. Thrustmaster will tell you to contact Amazon for any warranty related issues, and Amazon will ask you to contact Thrustmaster.

That's why Logitech wheels are preferred in India.

Yes, I’ve heard about that. I’ve been told by several people we have to contact Amazon CS or Flipkart Customer Support directly for any issue and if bought via their direct dealer (example - RetailNet for Flipkart for their warranty period of 1 year). I know Flipkart CS can be a huge pain in the @$$ but it can be solved with a few threats on twitter and / or consumer forum complaints.

Also, these models are built to last for years + each part is interchangeable and upgradable like the steering wheel, motor, pedals, etc. It’s fully modular so that’s a plus point advantage, while Logitech is unnecessarily over priced but it does come with a 2 year warranty.

So that’s the pros and cons. Risky, but I felt the price drop made it kind of worth it.

Edit: On the ThrustMaster ‘where to buy’ in India page, sameo.in (located in Mumbai) has been added to the list. It is possible they are the new importers.
