Errrm guys let's just stick to The GOW 3 thread shall we?
Just paused for dinner. The first 30 minutes of the game is freaking amazing! The graphics almost rivals any other game released for the PS3 by far inc. Uncharted 2. The game kicks off where GOW 2 ended - i.e scaling Mount Olympus with Gaia and her fellow titans. I will not say anything more for it will spoil the very sanctity of playing this game.
Please get the copy and play it asap sheroo. I feel the PS3 was made for 2 titles by far - the GOW 3 and MGS 4.

GOW 3 was leaked into the Indian mkt via Middle East Countries.
To offset the damage via grey mkt, Santa Monica released it in India even before USA.
So many vendors are stocking it now officially.
Even Palika Bazaar has it.

Got my copy a while back. Started with the normal difficulty level.
The game starts with a bang, in a real fast paced world. Played it till the first save point. Will continue it tonight.
The sad part is that its 720p. I was hoping a full 1080p here. Also there is a lot of darkness around. Will setup my display as the first thing, before continuing it again.

^^ why a prequel, when they can make the next big game in terms of story. the PS3 needs a franchise it can call its own like the next Uncharted, only bigger!
Personally, I think it would be great if they did the mahabharata. It has a good story line and the fight sequences could be awesome
Imagine the PS3 handling the battle of kurukshetra.
