Dont be too hopeful. I talked to a few resllers and none of them could even come close to Rs1000/- forget something better. As of now I would say stick to the overseas reseller and ask them for a better price. In worst case even if they stick to their current $14 USD its much better than anything I have seen from any Indi reseller.

Yes,if you are using premium account to download from these file hosters (rapidgator, ul.to etc).
Free links from these file hosters cannot be resumed once they expire.

Correct, the question is how cheap is really cheap?
At 14.95 $ per licence its about 40 % discount
At target 11$ per licence it would be 55 % discount which is the same amount as people pay for yearly licence.
Anyways lets see.

Posting this again for those who didnt read earlier posts.
Since the whole licences are purchased in bulk by Kilroyquasar he may incur some extra money since the $-INR rate changes every day.So we -are planning on charging 15.95$ from each person so that he wont lose money doing something good.And after purchasing we will divide the remaining total amount and give back to each person.Since we are also posting in total of four forums the number of licences will increase and we can ask for one last quote.In nutshell you might get around 1 -2 $ back after purchase.Let me know your thoughts.He will P.M you the bank account details.The other two forums have a week's deadline ,so if we get your money soon we can buy licences probably by monday of fourth week.

Fix a deadline for people showing interest, something like 4th or 5th of June and another 1-2 days for Payment deadline, some thing like 6th or 7th June. This way people can pay from their next month's salary/pocket money/Black money etc..

Fix the final payment deadline as June 7 and if possible OP please put the deadline on the thread title too.
This thread started on 5th May and one month should enough for all prospective buyers to see this thread in New Posts and make up their mind.

For Last Minute Potential Buyers :D : If you ever want to own IDM,its this time and since we have tried to include maximum people from forums (around 40) a group buy in future won't happen anytime again ,soon; Atleast not with this this much of people and and a 40% discount on retail price (14.95 instead of 24.95) with a room to decrease more.

He quoted 44000 for 35 license. approx INR 1250 + for each license.it was higher that the price here.so i asked him to give a better quote.i think only IDM direct can give the best quote.
still waiting for his reply.
 
How can a reseller offer better pricing than company itself. Fix a deadline for payments and purchase. It's already delayed a lot.

Yup, I think the best offer can only be provided by the company. The deadline for payments has been set as June 7th as displayed on the thread title.

@Nanducob Go for the final round of negotiations only after getting money from everyone, so that we can be sure of exact number of keys/license and thus negotiate based on that number.

very brave of him lowering the price ,but still it comes to 17 $ and he wont be getting much profit.
