Have Bsnl broadband speeds increased by 100%?

Mine is ULD 750. 8GB got over during the first 2 days at 1Mbps. Since then 512Kbps. But from today morning the speed increased to 1Mbps.

^ I have 750 UL 512kbps UL, Speed was 1Mbps for 6GB in first week of the month but now again bumped back to 1Mbps within same month. Seems like some kind of testing going on.
 
Great speed Yaar! Already Downloaded 4GB in flat 10 hrs. Since their is no tension of fup, I m Gonna download rest of the days left in this month

I think it was a glitch from their side. Since we all were facing frequent connection problems from few days. They were tried to fix the issue and the resultant was the speed we have got

I'm having problem with modem,the green lights take long time to turn on,should i replace the modem or is it some glitch from bsnl?
