esantosh, i did not like the fact you want to sell me your used pair with which you had had a problem, hence my comment (do you know selling used earphones is not hygienic?
. From what i read, you had a bad experience with their IEM and their company policy. That does happen; Although i would say you should contact their companies to sort things out, instead of keep quite. If i were you, i would not sit still.
As for those ratings in flipkart for IEMS, I would say you cannot use it as a guage to measure the actual performance of any IEM, unless you've heard them with your real ears. Everyone has a different taste, music preference, devices on which they are playing, and audio equipment. So, it depends from person to person how he will rate it.
Its a complex thing, actually.
So as per my taste, i got pretty good results compared to many of my previous iems (that fell within this price range) i had used (check my earlier posts). So lets not fight over this. This is an amazing IEM. And i see no reason for hating it, surely. I cannot also start hating because you had had your experience with the company.
If you talk about contradictory, see the Apple in-ear headphones. Search it on the net, why it has a contradictory ratings, and also many more iems. Do you know this JBL tempo stuff? Earlier, it started having very good ratings, 5 star all over, now see the result. When those ratings will increase, even negatives will increase, so you can never predict who is buying what iem, and what is their preference or experience with the IEM considering they are using different audio equipment to play it.
For comparizons on jbl:

In this case, while one person is praising the jbl, the others are disappointed. In short, all the things we buy especially the consumer electronics are prone to problems, one way or another, and you and i can argue and contradict ourselves and this can go on forever. No company is perfect, be it apple, sennehiser, skullcandy, sony, soundmagic or for that matter tekfusion.
If you don't believe me about apple, check out their own store and see for yourself. Check the 1 ratings and check the 5 ratings:

Also who knows the 181 1 stars, at least more than a half might have come from their competitors, who knows, considering they are really producing a value for money product at a very good price.
And it is definitely becoming a brand of choice for so many.
So lets not argue, it will not benefit either of us.
