As for the exercise bit, I play football every alternate day, weigh 50kilos, eat green vegetables, drink a fair bit of beer, watch a fairly decent amount of porn.
So yeah, I'm covered.

Abt the fitness part, I make sure to do some back strengthening exercises. I go to the gym everyday so that way I may be fat, but I am reasonably fit.
since you sit in front of the comp for such long periods of time, make sure you do some back strengthening exercises. Meet a physio or a doctor. These exercises dont need any equipment. Just lie on your stomach and raise only your legs first. then put your legs down and then raise your body only from the chest up. DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS TO PUSH YOURSELF UP !!
If you use yoiur hands, you are just stretching your back (which is also good, and gives you nice relief but it is not an exercise as such).
Apart from this, try to go swimming at least in summer abt thrice a week. This will take care of your neck and back.
Also, everytime you are in front of your computer, make a conscious decision to rotate your neck every 2 hours or so. Some basic neck stretching exercises. Just do what comes normally when your neck feels stiff, but do it with the purpose of stretching the muscles in your neck.
You are pretty thin, so you dont need to exercise to lose weight, but keep yourself fit. Go for at least a half an hour walk in the mornings or in the evening.
Or if you are like me who is pretty lazy, then just try to walk as much as possible. Need to go buy bread or milk from a store, offer your mom to do it yourself and instead of taking that Unicorn, use your legs. Basic stuff....
If you have a bit of time to spend everyday (and the money), join a decent gym nearby. But make sure you dont compromise on the trainers. A bad trainer can screw you up for life. I am not joking. There was an incident a few months back where a lady joined a gym and an inept trainer made her do exercises which screwed her back and finally because of some sort of pressure on her nerves, she was actually paralyzed below the waist. She had the pain and the trainer kept telling her it was because she was unfit.
If you are planning to join a gym, we can give tips on that later. But first, start basic exercises. Walking as much as possible, take the stairs instead of the lift, park your bike a bit far away from your destination, etc...
but one thing you HAVE to do are the back strengthening exercises and some stretching exercises for your neck. This is because these are just abt the most impoirtant parts of your body and you are clearly concerned abt them.
They release Endorphins in your brain which give you the same feeling as eating a chocolate.
So as to not to kick the bucket at an earlier date
