^^ Well the hikes were disbursed with June Salary 
As of the Shares its like 5 shares min + no of yrs completed in Infy till 31st Mar 2010. They will disbursed in August 1st or 2nd week.
As of Visas nothing of that sort has happened. 100s of people from even 2005 are w/o any VISA leave alone who joined 2006-07 onwards
Anyways L1 Visas are getting rehected like anything these days....so no point just getting it initiated.Anyways this has not much effect on attrition which is at alarming levels now in some IBUs ! I guess they gotta bring back all those car, home, 2-wheeler allowances now. That can cause some good ripple
