Getting new CPU and SSD
CPU (i7 8700) + MOBO (MSI B360M PRO-VH) + AIO (CM ML120L RGB1.0) = Rs.21000/-
SSD = Rs.8500/-

Note: Above price does not include shipping charges and has to be paid separately.

Tax invoice is not available for the processor, however, from my knowledge warranty can be claimed using the manufacturing date.

Except for SSD, other components can only be shipped once I receive my new processor i.e by next weekend at max.

SSD sold to @MegaMind 75% payment made, SSD will be shipped by tomm at the latest.

I am tempted to buy this rig of yours maknom66. i7 8700 performs almost similar to R5 3600, significant difference being 14nm vs 7nm. Can experts please share your opinions? Confused AF.

3600 has a better platform, PCIe Gen 4 support, better RAM compatibility and better upgrade future. (Also better resale value)
If you are watching userbenchmark for comparison, do note that it is well known to favour intel. Watch comparisons of real world applications that you plan to use.
If I was in the market right now, I would go for the 3600. Just my opinion

OP, good luck for your sale, you have priced the combo very competitively. Should have no issues finding a buyer I think
