Just spoke with another Dell rep. Clueless, utterly clueless. Did not know when the monitor will be available for sale.Have filled up the interest form on the website as well, fingers crossed for a positive reply.

That's why I wanted everyone to gang up when we had a confirmed quote.

The response came too late. We could have ordered

Now we have to wait till Feb 2 to even get a quote and we don't know its gonna be better or worse.

One things for certain. If they cross the 20k line, I'll be getting the S2409W.
