I have been informed by Rockfella that all orders are being processed today and the order numbers will be generated by tomorrow.

Everything works fine...
but the monitor needs some color setting done before use.. the stock settings arent all that appealing.. :)
 
Tweak settings in the LCD, adjust "gamma" under Nvidia Control Panel if you have Nvidia GPU. Change AVIVIO preset to "VIVID" in ATI CCC if you have an ATI gpu. Use KMPlayer to play HD content and Media Classic Player for Divx.

dunno somethin wierd happnd.

i had created a dell IC thread with 2209wa priced @ 19k with 3 yrs warranty and 20k with 5 yrs warranty..

suddenly its deleted.

Its not deleted its under moderation for a reason and you have already PMed me about the same. There is no need to post it in a different thread. If you have a problem either post in feedback or get in touch with the admins.

Next time if something remotely similar happens it could result in an infraction or a temp ban. So be careful before posting in other market threads.

Hopefully i made myself clear.

btw, everyone who has ordered the 2209WA from Rockfella, you will now be getting 5 years ultrasharp warranty instead of the 3 years.

Thanks to his perseverance, we have managed to convince the rep through which we have ordered to upgrade the warranty for no extra charges.

He is still trying to get a cheaper deal with 3 years warranty and will notify us as soon as he does.

What a fine day !
 
Update - as above, 19,900 nets you a 5 year warranty. Rockfella has recently started a new job, so he will take some time in updating the thread.. no net access.

actually she is caught up in the Premium panel frenzy after seein my LCD collection :P ( 3008wfp, 3007wfp, 2408wfp) !! but dint wanted to shell that high price for the same.

hence the better option 2209 :)
 
Yes and posting in this thread will make sure your IC thread is opened instantly by mods and you will get all the deals :rofl: :P

i am the first one here to get my 2209WA :)

Order was placed on 5th feb estimate delivery was 11th march 2009:P

And got it today itself (14th Feb) my valentine gift from dell:rofl:
