i would like to know the best method to transfer funds if u dont have another account in ICICI

eft will work. thing is this is a branchless account, so you wont have a ifsc code.
icici customer care says dont entere ifsc, but that field is usually compulsary as neft will need it.

so i tried using a ifsc of a icici branch near my place and it worked fine. else you can deposit check in the icici bank atm.

b2 Customer Care said to use the following details for NEFT

We request to fill the following details.
Bank: ICICI Bank
Branch: Lower Parel
IFSC Code: ICIC0000323

ok need some help with this, is it possible to move money from e-Wallet back to normal deposit? if so, how can i do it?

and did anyone use the e-wallet to order anything off amazon.com?

^ For that you need to contact the customer care. I accidently moved too much money to the eWallet and had to contact the customer care to reverse it. :P

@varkey & others :-

Have anyone of you ppl tried Ewallet recently (as a Credit Card) to buy something, may be from Rechargeitnow or somewhere..

I tried it few days back and consistently got FAILED TRANSACTIONS. Can this be due to the new rule from Reserve Bank which was into motion from 1st Aug...

Same issue for me. I just tried to recharge my phone at Vodafone.in and it showed an error "Invalid Authentication at Bank" :(

Why dont these buggers make it clear that they offer b2b in select cities only. I went thru all the demos and stuff and was thoroughly impressed. When I try to register, Kerala is not there in the "state" dropdown list :(

They shud put in on the main page that b2b is offered in select cities only. Or am I missing something ?

A quick query. I want to make a b2 a/c so that I can EFT funds from my Citibank to this ICICI b2 and then pay my CC bill (they charge 100 rs for cash payment :@). Also is online cash transfer from b2 to a normal ICICI a/c instant?

yepp it is instant (i transfer from citi to icici and then pay the cc bill from the b2 account and it reflects instantly)

one thing is , while citi to icici transfers if done in the morning usually reflect in the icici account by evening, in case of my b2 account it reflects on the next day afternoon only

Even i was about to to transfer the money from Citi to ICICI CC ..then i told my bro to transfer who is having ICICI bank account

I was charged Rs 100 three to four as i pay my icici cc bills on cash..now i have decided to discontinue the ICICI CC ..& switch to my citibank CC

ICICI bank is really stupid

Blame it on Payment gateway not being compatible with Verified by Visa(VbV). I used ICICI PG it works perfectly. Bill Desk which is used by Vodafone is not asking for Vbv secret code and without that code; transaction is bound to fail.

hence, Its not a mistake of ICICI Bank rather lazyness of Payment Gateway to adapt to new rules.

You can pay directly from your Citibank account using online bank transfer through the link varkey has provided in the post just above yours.
