more than enough juice to run forbidden west. you should get way more FPS, but yeah, increase ram, ram is dirt cheap these days,
better in a lot of ways, they really built on the foundations of zero dawn a lot, even the story got fleshed out a lot more, and the machines are even better
look at reddit posts, search for how to swap dlss dlls and you'll find way too many posts on this (specially from r/nvidia), its literally copy paste in your game folder, pretty easy

yup, that + need to set preset. We can do it with profile inspector too.
I am avoiding any driver update now because its stable and new ones aren't and anyway i can do above.
you can do it via dlss tweaks too but nvidia profile inspector will be global, and I wont suggest changing presets for newcomers, just play as is until you are comfortable experimenting

We can have game specific profiles with profile inspector which is what i do. But probably should make it global.

Story wise? I'm bored already. It's hella boring at least for me. I think the difference is that horizon new dawn had a mystery around it when it launched. The story was fresh, the world was fresh and enemies were something new for that time.
On it boss. Thinking of getting the cheapest sticks that are not junk something like 2 sticks of G skill Aegis 8GB 3200mhz for 1.1k INR each, overclocking it to match the current 2 sticks I got installed (3000mhz sticks running at 3600mhz with loose timings) and running them in 4x8GB config. Should be better than 2x16GB as long as my processor can keep up (it should). If things didn't work I would just buy 2 more sticks and sell the currently installed ones.

Oh yeah, just wanted to ask a question. Is it better to buy a midrange CPU and pair it with the highest-end GPU available in your budget, or balance both the CPU and the GPU for 1440p? This is because the 9070xt, I fear, will be bottlenecked by my choice of a CPU, the 7600x.
7600x shouldnt bottleneck it, have you looked at benchmarks?
If you're playing at 1440p, the 7600 will pair fine with the 9070 XT.

iVadim posted a video where he found that it will bottleneck the 9070XT at CPU intensive games. However, Hardware Canucks seems to dispute that view with the second video.
even at 4k, the way to look at cpu bottlenecks is to drop res, so that GPU is not bottlenecked, if the 1080p benchmarks look on par with let's say higher cpu benchmarks, then the cpu can absolutely drive the card
watch HUB/Gamers Nexus for CPU reviews, I wont suggest either of them for reviews.
P.S. if you are aiming for competitive games and really high fps, you might want to upgrade your cpu, for normal AAA, it'll be absolutely fine, I remember seeing 7900xtx + 7600x builds, if that worked, 9070xt will be a breeze

I'm mostly AA and AAA when it comes to gaming. I never really play multiplayer games except for some rts games here and there.
There's a more important question, though. Can this work with a CH370? I know it can fit in one, but the cooling performance is more of my concern.
no idea about the case, I dont really follow cases, whenever I build my own, I'm just getting a decent tower and call it a day. As for the cpu, you'll be just fine
Someone with a CH370 may have to chime in.
As for the GPU + CPU, go for it, regardless. You'll be fine.
