Are you downloading those ? Just make sure that you are not getting the old ISO files for the games as they don't work. There is a specific folder structure to be maintained.... Got too drunk last night or would've FTP'd into the console. Will do it tonight.

Plz guys ... any queries , thoughts , keep em coming ! I'm open to trying anything on the console :P

Oh n btw... NullDC << Dreamcast emu>> is being ported to the PS3 AND the BIOS is already working perfectly :)
 
I just updated my Fw to 3.42 damn.. hey dhuvy congrats bro.. and belated happy birthday...

Yar do a step by step.. and up the video as well...

I think we would need to start a game copy club so that all delihites can copy each others games on their PS3s and also bigger HDD... I heard 2 TB is coming.. :D
 
Arrey .. why did you update ????? Anyway.... there is hope for an exploit for 3.42 as well because it seems that Sony has rushed development of the FW and there are quite a few unstable parts in the FW.

Step by Step will be up tonight. Video too hopefully... ****ed up youtube spent 2 hours yesterday trying to upload the vid and then it failed :O

PM me regarding that club thing ... something even better is already on ;)

Ones I'm dloading have some kinda file structure...folder starting with BLUS something.

I haven't turned on my PS3 since a year now. So do I have to update to 3.41 before I do the mod or just do the mod? Not sure what firmware I have on mine.
 
Yup.. the mod is 3.41 only. Grab the update file from somewhere and use that. Disable online of course and don't use the online updater.

Yup... those games seem legit.

Are yar it was not letting me fu**king kill Hercules ( I mean not letting me play GOW III and kept bugging)

About the video thing.. don't upload in high res otherwise it would fail.. and try some other service apart from Youtube..

and what do I sent you as PM ?
 
Weird... God of War 3 doesn't even require 3.41 i think...

Video is in VGA res so i dunno why it kept failing....

Forget about the PM thing , i'll fill you in when you can hack your PS3

LOL relax it's not hacking per se. This's akin to the PSP mod. Lets you run homebrewn apps. :P

Ya I know it works, but kept bugging every time i turned it on. so I updated.

Try some other website.

Fill me in with the JB first :D
 
My friend just got his PS3 JB'd right now using his HTC HD2. He was able to successfully rip his copy of FIFA 09 onto it's internal drive. Now only if someone could port the dam thing on the ITouch.

Whoa nice :D And i'm waiting for someone to port it onto the PSP :P, it might happen sooner than later
 
According to the devs the porting to the IOS is impossible :|

PSFreedom is a Linux driver, so it will only work on Linux-enabled devices.. which means, 'it will never work on iOS. However, there is currently a port to make it work on IphoneLinux, which means that you'll need to flash linux on your iphone to do it.

So he finally did it, will ask to do a MGS4 copy lets see how long it takes as thats the only game which is pending
