Whoa, I kept ignoring the horror stories in TE about the Letsbuy service and now it is biting me hard. Chasing them for 20 days on a order that got partly shipped, just not moving anywhere, no product and no refund as yet.

How did you pay them ? Debit/Credit Card ?

One way to get them working is to post a review on Mouthshut and also on facebook. They have a guy who checks the reviews in mouthshut and addresses customer's issue.

Even my last purchase was a mess but after 2 weeks they resolved the issue. I have vowed to stick with Flipkart and ebay for online shopping. letsbuy is simply a big headache. They customer care is non existent and they do not have any proper escalation procedure in place. It's better to stick with good shopping websites until letsbuy gets it's act together.
 
got the shipment. booked it on sep 14 and got it on sep 17. freebie is sanjeev kapoor's cook book worth of 99rs.
 
Hmm... Letsbuy offers are really DHAMKA, ordered a strontium 8gb pen drive on 12th Oct 2011, received it today but no diwali gifts :@, what to do ??

Just got a beautiful black Xbox 360 controller from letsbuy for 1.3k using ICICILB coupon :D

I got a nice little screwdriver kit with led torch as a free gift. But for the life of me I can't figure out where to put the batteries :S. Can someone help me out?
