Anyways I'm hoping to hear back from them soon but how soon is the question now:huh:

Finally got them on the phone this time and blasted them for their pathetic service and this goofup:@ Apart from the numerous apologizes, he said that the game would be delivered within 2-3days. Now lets see how many days does it take :|

They usually delete these types of comments from their fb wall , you should send them a tweet twitter.com/letsbuy , they cant delete this & will call you back , the only way to get this sorted is over phone , on twitter they will keep giving you scripted replys every time & usually no action is taken & on FB they usually delete your comments & they don't reply to emails either.

Yup saw that my FB wall post is now gone :| I have also sent them a tweet regarding this and sent emails to this two ids : customercare@letsbuy.com & fbcare@letsbuy.com

NO USE to let go the discount as you didn't get a chance to check the product before you pay.
