Haven't these guys resumed work after the Diwali off?

EDIT: Finally someone decided to attend to the call and responded that the copy has been shipped today. And passed me the docket number. I have made up my mind, NOT to place any pre-orders for any games in the near future. The coupons are definitely a bonus but not at the cost of this prolonged delay.

Payment option is COD, they didnt call to confirm etc as this is kinda of 5th-6th order.

Ordered a cake box of 10 Moserbaer DL DVDs on 19th.....after some calling, made them ship out by 25th and received today a cake box of 5 Moserbaer DVD RW pack.

Phew, first impression is bad enough :)
 
Here goes my first bad experience. Accidentally due to multi open tabs placed a wrong order for ST2220M LED, within 5 minutes called them and revised to ST2220L, revision acknowledged with CC number in email, same was reconfirmed after a day. But to my surprise they delivered ST2220M after 8 days, on inquiry they said "we are sorry" please send it back and in 10-20 days they will reprocess order. WTF irresponsible customer care.

None of the coupons work. Placed an order using AMEXLB.
 
I bought and received a food processor from letsbuy in the span of a week. Used HDFCLB1. Overall, I am very pleased with the prompt delivery and the shipping updates on the site itself. But they didn't send my diwali gift.

Ordered refrigerator from them on 28th, and got it delivered today, that means 3 days. Thats pretty fast to my expectation.

Did not received the diwali gift though, and completely forgot to ask about it to the delivery guy. I am not sure what diwali gift wud had been with refrigerator anyways .
