Why dont you go and pickup from their office ? :O DUDE i ordered my SteelSeries Siberia on 18th Morning Got Shipping details today 21st. Hoping to get the package myself on Monday if it has reached or tuesday. I wont wait for them to deliver. You better go and pick up brother. Because i am seeing the comments about ARAMEX. So i will go and pickup myself. :) Google Aramex Kolkata. Its near AJC BOSE Road.
 
i always pick up my packages on my own...can't believe those delivery guys (thieves)..

I faced same problem. My Spice D-90 phone was on hold for nearly 5 days and I got the stuff today only. To add salt to the wound, the handset was faulty and was not starting up even after 4 hours of continuous charging. How can i get it replaced from letsbuy??? Kindly help.

Aramex one and only office in Kolkata.
And its far away from my home and I don't know the path exactly.
Because of this kind of fcking hassle I always hate online shopping.....:@
Ultimately buying from local shop at a little higher price is gonna worth.
Then what's the meaning of wasting time and money to buy a product a product at cheaper price from a online shop ?
 
Anyone here for Pune and lives near Aundh and come and pick the phone from me can give my office address and i will get the phone till Aundh for you.
Octroi is not charged in Hinjewadi so you do end up saving a few bucks.

Charges : 1 cutting Chai at the tapri outside my house :P J/K

ok guys, once again, whether octroi is charged or not, it is paid by letsbuy if it is charged, any courier guy asking for octroi please ask them to check their system, it is yesterdays incident, i ordered an item from letsbuy & courier guy called me before to check the address, i was home that time & i explained & then i was told that there was some Rs.xxx amount of octroi i have to pay, i spoke to the concerned person & then later he apologized & told me that the octroi will be paid by letsbuy.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE OCTROI

Yes true you are right but then its not LETSBUY to blame here. Its the courier service. They are the ones being faulty. Lets buy sent your product pretty fast. But anyways lets see hoping to get my product on Monday or Tuesday. Do i need to check from docket number ? or Tracking ID?
