Hey Guys,

Need a New/Used CPU&MOBO Combo for an RTX 2080ti Build. For CPU I'm leaning towards AMD 3700X, 3800x or if luck permits 3900x
The budget is measly 40k. And that's for both CPU & MOBO. 2080ti has already eaten a fair chunk of the pie.

I forgot to add that I need a 1TB NVME as well. NEW/USED Drop offers for that as well. This is exclusive of that 40K budget.
