Thank you very much @bssunilreddy . I came up with the initial config based on the suggestions from Swetha Computers and Computer Baazar.
Don't I need an additional cooler for this config? Like the basic Liquid cooler?
And regarding graphic card, does AMD perform better with Radeon? or it does not make any difference with Nvidia or Radeon?

Use the AMD stock if you are not overclocking and using the PC 24*7
Presently AMD RX5700 beats even RTX2070
But stick with nvidia GTX 1650/1660 since this is newer than AMD RX 570/580/590 series of GPUs.
If you think your CPU is running hot then buy any aftermarket CPU Cooler.

Thank you for the quick response.

You are welcome.
Make sure the cabinet has at least min 2 x 120mm fans for intake and 1x 120mm fan for rear exit of air so that temps won't raise that much inside the cabinet.
And clean the cabinet every 3 months and re-paste the thermal compound when ever you clean the cabinet. Okay.

Between RX570 and GTX1650, RX570 is much better than GTX 1650 in about all aspects of performance despite released in 2017.

GPU - In your budget you can go upto GTX 1660
3400mhz is sweet spot for Ryzen 3000 cpu's. Of course you can overclock to 3400mhz. There isn't much price difference between 3200mhz and 3000mhz. So go for higher frequency stick if prices are same.
Though NVME is better, but for a typical user it's not a big deal. Of course, since you're buying everything from scratch sure you can consider NVME as an option. Intel 660p NVME, else Crucial MX 500 SATA SSD
For non overclocking build with GTX 1660, I would say 450w is good enough. Corsair CX450
Air cooler should be sufficient. But before getting one, use stock cooler. You can buy after market air cooler if you find temp stays high all the time.
You have tons of choice for cabinet. Just make sure it's big enough to accommodate everything. For one Deepcool Tesseract which is big enough to fit tall cpu cooler.

Go with the above config because iGPU shares VRAM with RAM so higher the frequency of RAM the faster the iGPU & regarding CPU, watch yt videos and use tighter timings.
I used DRAM Calculator & Thaiphoon to know tighter timings.

Deepcool Tesseract is 2 years old cabinet and its RMA might be a problem.

Since 3600Mhz RAM is priced similar or even better than 3200Mhz RAM
Go with higher frequency RAM. Okay.
