At most 9k, 6k for the processor and 3k for the motherboard. There are much more newer/powerful options in this price range, it's actually kind of crowded.

I guess everything OoW...
1. This is not sold in india officially afaik. So have seen these got sold from a low of 1200 to high of 2k, also whatever processor it is from inspirisys requires it with processor for rma.
2. 128gb ssd may be for 1200-1500.
3. 2k depending on health.
4. Don't know about orico but a generic one with usb 3.0 can be found for 300-400 in local market. I have a generic one with one year warranty for 400.

The cooler is from a brand new Ryzen , opted for Liquid cooling hence dont have use for it , the m.2 is around 6 months old , also the external hard disk health is 100% as i hardly used it ..

I would say then keep the cooler or if you would have to rma it would be issue.
Is m2 and hdd in warranty?

I have a 3 months old macbook Air M1 base config. Bought it for personal use. I am planning to sell it for some personal reason how much can it fetch.

Its in warranty and flawless condition.

I'd say about 70-75k is a good amount. Because with student discount and HDFC credit card cashback one can usually buy a new one for 77-80k.
 
I want to offload a H115i Pro. Has a year's warranty remaining IIRC and will be RMA'ing before sale. What's a reasonable price I could it list it at?

All around 3 years old and in excellent working condition
