Lol.....I think this is going to last me a while...well, atleast the hardware will....BD here we come...

I have been able to make the panel for the 5 1/4" Bays. Started of with some mounting for screws and then used a mirror acrylic and red acrlylic as the base. Then added the white front as you can see:

Finished off the PSU cover as well, though it seems a bit excessive as of now:

After that me and a couple of guys went out to the local market for a look around and I found some nice SMD's (multicolor) along with a controller and a remote. This was working out to exactly what I wanted. So get in a 1 meter strip of SMD's, worked on sleeving the controller and wires. Got everything working and here it is:

Hope you guys enjoyed this update. I can also post some pics of the controller if you want.

Gr8 mod. Please post more pics.
BTW how/where did u cut the arcylic to such fine proportions? Please let me know I am struggling cut corners of my side panel

Gr8 work, mav2000. I just wanted to ask, wont the weight of the GPU cooling block put additional strain on the PCie slot.

Thanks guys. The acrylic is laser cut that's why the finish is good. The gpu is heavier but the pice slots looks after the weight

Great Work Mav.

i was busy preparing for the exams for the past 6-7 months,so wasn't online.

noticed your project today & i have one word to say & it's Awesome.

BTW why don't you try custom painting the front, top & side panels this time?

I actually like the alu brushed finish, so I am not going to do that....but yeah thanks for checking in...am far from over right now, so hopefully more updates will follow.

The backplate came with the GPU.
