Khatta Meetha - 4/10.

Hardly any laughs. The movie has not point of focus or certain direction to stick to.There is no credible story in it's movement.It seems ages for the plot to develop, which you ahve mostly known right after 20 mins of watching the movie.The lead actress looks like a college girl who has become an IAS officer.Akshay's acting is good but seems at loss due to the script.That makes him look the same as Hera Pheri, only less funny. As per the plot,I waited the entire length of the movie for Akshay to get rich and famous as he keeps saying that and the script also keeps suggesting, but he never does.

If you are a fan of akshay's comedy like I am, watch it on ur computer and delete is asap.

P.S: This movie will be available on the TV on Colors or some other channel in a month or so :p
 
Saw Khatta Meetha for time pass @cinemax knowing it is a horrible remake of 1980's Malayalam Movie.Editing(?) or Direction Fails in a way the Incidences are Not Connected in a Smooth Way.(For Eg Rajpal Yadav's Comedy Scenes lifted from some other Movie added as may be after thought). 2/5 .

Akshay kumar has created quite a reputation these days of making mega budget flops.just start naming his films will understand what i mean to say.
It is a pity these days but the films nowadays are driven to work only for 3 days i.e. Friday thru sunday. In these days they recover their cost and proceed to make another flop.
All the buzz is created for audience to watch the film by roping big stars and mega promotional events.
Only a few persons remain in Hindi film industry which sincerely want to make movies. :mad:
