Rate the Last Movie You Saw...

Ek Villain - 5/10
They should have concentrated more on the dynamics between Ritesh and Siddharth. Ritesh Deshmukh was very good IMO and the 5 rating is solely because of him.

John Wick - 7/10
Had given it a 6 on IMDB earlier, then the awesome soundtrack made me revisit the action scenes again. And now my rating stands at 7.

Stonehearst Asylum - 5/10
Too long drawn, and the twists fell flat.

The Lego Movie - 8/10
Good fun. I laughed too hard on Batman.

The Young and Prodigious T.S. Spivet - 8/10

Watched Jupiter Ascending - though didn't had high hopes, went anyways, for "The Wachowskis" (liked their last movie Cloud Atlas) :P
There was nothing new, very typical scifi (intergalactic/space) movie with a weak storyline.
The overall CGI is nice. The actions scenes would have been great, if they were shown a little slower.

Rated : 6.5/10 (or 6.734218/10 in the new format of rating :D :D )

Some movies I watched over the weekend :

The Theory of Everything - -/10
Quite a snorefest, not gonna rate since i stopped watching at the 45 min mark.

Birdman - 6/10
Another pretentious over-rated oscar nominee, good camerawork though.

Horrible Bosses 2 - 5/10
Not as good as the first one which really didn't warrant a sequel.

Dumb and Dumber To - 7/10
Expected this to be another lazy cash grab too but i got more laughs out of this surprisingly, it's more silly and stupid than the original but it's 10 years too late.

Big Hero 6 - 7.5/10
Best of the bunch, nice animation and not too childish as most animated movies have become over the years.

Boyhood - 6/10
This simple coming of age movie has been filmed over a span of 12 years with the same set of actors who we see actually growing up, getting wiser, more mature. Though the movie runs too slow at times it can be watched for the director's effort, some profound dialogues on life and Patricia Arquette.

Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (2014) -10/10. Terribly hilarious movie... Good Watch...

John Wick - 6.5/10. Cinematic ending to woo the audience, watchable.

Honeymoon (2014) -6/10. Terribly scripted. Alien Abduction sort of...

American Sniper(2014) -9/10. Emotional towards the end but it was rather a documentary rather a movie.

Atticus Institute(2015) -10/10. What can a DEVIL do is the movie about? (If possessed by any DEVIL)

Penguins of Madagascar(2014) -10/10. Superb movie.

Been a while since I posted in this thread. Here goes.

Noah - 6/10

The Muppets - wtf/10
I have no idea why I even attempted to watch this.

The Maze Runner - 7/10

The Imitation Game - 9/10
Benedict Cumberbatch was brilliant in this one. Loved it.

Nightcrawler - 7/10
Jake Gyllenhaal was amazing. The rating could have been higher if they could have put up some kind of resistance for him.

Safety Not Guaranteed - 6/10
Interesting premise.

American Sniper - 7/10

Before I Go to Sleep - 6/10
Fifty First Dates meets Memento. Nicole Kidman delivers a good performance.

Birdman - 8/10
Beautifully shot. Michael Keaton is brilliant.

Anchorman 1 & 2 - 6/10

The Voices - 7/10
Mr. Whiskers was hilarious.

Cabin Fever - 5/10

The Theory of Everything - 6/10
Overrated. Performances are good, but it lacks in storytelling.

Seven Psychopaths - 8/10
Loved it. Sam Rockwell steals the show.
