Has any one who has rooted been able to update (LF2)
Ok,got it update restores back to stock has to reroot again

Btw, Any one facing high RAM utilzation issue like something above 580-600+MB constantly

Mean while this settings helped me:
Settings>Developer options>
Enable "Force GPU Rendering"
Windows animation scale -->0.5X
Transition animation scale--->0.5x
Enable Do not keep activities
Limit background processes --->Any value between 1-4 based on your requirement
Note:This setting might not help in reducing the RAM Values but are definitely helping in running the S3 butter smooth
