Did anyone else get the OTA update ? it was an 8mb download and updated the firmware to LF2
 
a friend just cracked his back panel, any idea how much a new one will cost ? already tried the service center and they dont have one in stock

and also a new s3 is available for 36801 after using coupon BB4K on timtara.com
 
Yes I also got a 21.1MB update.

I will be getting s3 mostly tomorrow. Fingers crossed.:)
@Pranav.Falcon : I got the cover/pouch for galaxy s3 today. Will post pics in the evening. The feel and build of the cover is better than what i had expected.

Ok,got it update restores back to stock has to reroot again

Btw, Any one facing high RAM utilzation issue like something above 580-600+MB constantly

Mean while this settings helped me:

Settings>Developer options>

Enable "Force GPU Rendering"

Windows animation scale -->0.5X
Transition animation scale--->0.5x

Enable Do not keep activities

Limit background processes --->Any value between 1-4 based on your requirement

Note:This setting might not help in reducing the RAM Values but are definitely helping in running the S3 butter smooth

Btw,Almost forgot Jelly bean 4.1 is out Hope it soon ports to S3

have got my device finally in my hands.

off ebay 36180/- sitting home, 10% off.

will be on show off section in near future :) now i am going to bug the people here with device in their hands. BTW I got the pebble blue one 16 GB :)
