Hi the duty is 15 % on the customs assessed value. Please ensure, once it is purchased and reaches our office in NY/London /China,please email us the tracking number and the product description, this will ensure the clearance at 15% instaed of 27 % for the mentioned produducts.

For the 1st one the duty will be approx Rs.580, shipping relative to the weight. 10 USD for the 1 st 500 gms and 8 USD for every subsequent 500gmns + 10.3% service tax on shipping
For the second one the duty will be approx Rs.500, shipping relative to the weight. 10 USD for the 1 st 500 gms and 8 USD for every subsequent 500gmns + 10.3% service tax on shipping
We will try to clear it duty free

Guys, you will have to purchase the goods you want , and then have it shipped to the New York address assigned by shopandship to you. They will courier your goods to your doorstep in India. They will handle customs etc., on your behalf. Correct me if i am wrong.

i) You'll pay whatever the price + shipping to Aramex NY address through your Paypal account.
ii) Since it is a Computer accessory duty will be charged at 15% of the value assessed by the Customs.
iii) Shipping charge is 10$ for first 500gms and 8$ for every additional 500Gm.
iv) in addition you need to open a Aramex account for 5$.
So, help yourself .

Hi anuradha.
I had got a package delivered from new york to the address you gave me for my shop and ship account. The package reached delhi on the 6th of june and they attempted delivery but I was out of town. I dropped an email and and message at Techenclave too for the same. I came back on the 9th and have been calling the Local office at mayapuri to please deliver my package again since im back. After 6 daysd of calling them again and again they ask me to come collect it from the office, and the office is mere 4 kilometeres from where I am ! I believe I paid in 25$ adn am paying the freight so the package is delivered to me at my doorstep and on time !
Secondly, I recieved the package today and the box is broken and torn and out of the 2 items which were in the box , one is missing ! WhenI call the local office they say there is no senior authority here and that we can not do anything. This is highly unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour on their part and I am not ready to accept it. Please follow through for the same and initiate a compensation request for the same.
The airway number is 9079059393 , and my telephone number is 09818******. Please get back to me at the earliest for the same.
