Thank u all ur help. Now I had sucessfully updated to Gingerbird 2.3.4. Its more nice now.

Is there any nice app to record HD video using this phone?

Can we have Voice and Video chat using galk on this phone?
 
Are there any custom roms available for this phone. I'm thinking of suggesting this phone to my friend. But not sure about the out-of-the-box experience.
-> Is android market supported?
-> Does the interface gets slick after the gingerbread update?
-> Is any feature missed out in the GB ROM, when compared to the stock ROM?
 
can any user of this phone comment on the bluetooth of this phone somewhere it is written bluetooth 2.1 and some where 3.0 what specification does this phone support

and how many apps are supported by this phone...i mean is this phone is recognised by the android market place?...coz previous spice android phones were not recognised...!

Can't say about the bluetooth, but phone is VERY much supported by Android Market and its really a very Good buy (VFM) and this is NOT a spice Manufactured phone, just a name tag (rebranded). So go for it without any worries, I'm already on 2.3.4 Cherry Magnum
