Now in order to replace system recovery file with CWM recovery, first enter into DOWNLOAD MODE, plug in usb cable, FIH drive will appear.:)

My phone does not wake up easily:

Yesterday I tried to flash Wellcomm 2.3 rom after clearing all cache( user data/ reset, partition cache and dalvik cache). Tried to flush it thru CWM but in vain, bcoz it was not update.zip type. Then I switched back to stock recovery and tried, but resulted in error. So i had to select reboot system and I got pure no frill CSL GB 2.3.4. Everything was OK, but one problem appeared: when the phone goes to sleep mode / screen goes off, I need to hit the power button several times to wake it up, the four soft keys flicker but the screen gets unlocked after several hit or after a long press of the power button. Then I restored the phone by nandroid backup but the status remained same. Tried uninstalling/ installing different user applications that I installed earlier but no use, but once the screen gets unlocked, there is no problem after that everything snappy... I don't know what to do now..it is irritating..

no csl was not giving any problem, just read somewhere wellcom gb is the latest built and better thats why wanted to try it.. and landed in this problem... googling i found some old post of htc hd, galaxy s having the same kind of problems but no conclusive solutions..
 
try to go back again on csl gb flashing through sut (see previous posts for sut) erase user data while flashing, the most stable rom of 3 is csl
 
CSL 2.3.4 also have the same issue, this wont happen all the time, It happends atleast once in 2 days. The Phone just dont come out of sleep mode. You can see the Green LED will be blinking. No response. I think its the problem with the phone itself of the software. For me it happends once in two days. only thing to do at that time is Just remove the battery and put it back and restart the phone. ONly soluiton I found to over come this is restart your phone at least once in a day. I was trying the same restarting trick and for last 3 days its working fine. NO idea about why it happends. I had reported the same few days back.
 
I am on csl gb only, my problem started only after unsuccessful attempt of flushing wellcom gb,

@sajokj.. yes the green light blinks that time, but in my case only long pressing of power button can wake up the phone.. no need to remove the battery

:clap::hap2: It seems ok now ... i flashed csl gb using SUT( was already on csl gb, and recovery mode was giving error)... THANK

It has never happened to me on CSL, was happening on Cherry Magnum and I've never tried WellCom, this is called as Wakeup Lag and even Samsung galaxy S2 has this problem :p
 
I think Spice may not come with any update. I still cant understand why spice dont do any advertisement for Spice Mi-410. They advertise a lot for other models
