^^Well what you said is true.. I was mod for 3 forums (vBuletin, php, invision & not not mention that here) in the beginning every one will be at peak and which slowly fades away.. Ofcourse i am retired now.. I hope some one with bit of experience takes up the job...

not sure if TE has the trashcan setup - newly appointed moderators
should not delete the posts - instead should un-approve and report
to higher MOD (if required) . And should leave a note (reason) while
editing the posts

Im so tempted to throw in my hat for either PC Peripherals or Storage solutions. But Im not sure how much time will be needed to monitor and mod these sections as there are so many posts all day. Particularly the time needed in the day when we have regular jobs and what happens when you travel?
Anyone have a real idea of these questions (as I do not want to take up something that I cannot implement sincerely) ?

If you can allot a few hours in a day to moderating stuff, I think that should be fine. As such, most of the existing mods here have full time jobs, and do not remain online all the time. Also, when you need to take some time off when you will be traveling, fellow mods, and of course the global mods, will definitely fill the gap.
