Unlikely alright! :p I have come across those puzzles before. Like those 3 wheels to be spun on the door to open it using the claw. But this had 4 pillars with 3 symbols and I kept searching for clues but found none. One Google search and a straight link to Skyrim UESP led me to the solution. And revealed some spoilers as well.
Bugger! I meant if this was the first time you're coming across these pillars with images puzzle which looks from your example, it actually is! :p

^ OT ^ WTF! I just noticed that this updated version of Tapatalk does not render my avatar properly! Stoopid!

Mine played hours is now 96 hrs and just started the thieves Guild and the companion guild. Completed the DB guild quest line. Played only half of main quest. The most rewarding are the daedric quests.

For the curious minds here, google search "Bugs in a jar" topic :).....

I'm currently on the quest where you have to find the Redguard woman. Now I am at the point where I have to talk to the prisoner in Dragonsreach dungeon. I have to pay a fine to one of the guards there. Problem is I killed all the guards in the dungeon a long time ago using sneak to steal from a chest there. So no guards to give the fine to. :( The quest has come to a grinding halt. What to do? Is there any console command to spawn them back?

use setstage MS08 25 in the console this will fix it ie it will register that you have talked to the Alik'r prisoner and obtained the required information

Been playing it for two days now, enjoying the game. Voice actors suck though, Mass Effect/Fallout/Dragon Age just set the bar too high I suppose.

Finally vacations that too a month long... :eek:hyeah: :) :clapping: :bounce: :yahoo:

Will begin/continue Skyrim in 3-4 days ...Damn im too excited for this game

...was a tough time to refrain from playing it during the exams

That is why I recommended you to install this : Time on Loading Screen : KenMOD - Time on loading screen at Skyrim Nexus - Skyrim Mods and community :p

Yeah that was my First mod and only mod...

Even though its a cheat ...its a must install

saves a lot of time and frustration

Will try more now...:)

Was headed to the shrine of Azura and midway through a fort was occupied by skeleton minions and 2 necromancers. Got bajaoed completely! One of them used his shock and the other frost - I could barely approach them. A couple of tries later, used the shout and took them down. Some of them foes in the game seem to be unbalanced. I mean the 2 necros could instantly bring down my character's health in like < 2 seconds!

Where is this woman held up in Whiterun? I think I did check most of the locations in and around Whiterun but couldn't find one yet. Some pointers please. :ashamed:

Actually I have come across 3 rotating pillars in another cave but it was fairly simple since the clue was adjacent to the location in another room. But 4 pillars were a first! And hey I saw those symbols on the dragon claw - zoom'ed a bit and noticed the images on the claw. What a bummer! :p

Let me know the path you take upon approaching the Shrine of Azura :p And you're a bummer if you did not notice the images on the claw :bleh:

Mahesh, apologies! I confused it with some other shrine/location - unfortunately do not recall what was it. :ashamed: It is somewhere close to Winterhold. Will go home, verify it and let you know. Shrine of Azura is accessible from 2 ends as this map indicates and I recall that I slayed a blood dragon nearby:

This happened out of the blue

an khajitassasssin tried to kill me

how do i know he is an assassin?

well when i searched his body i got a signed death warrant from the dark brotherhood :(

i have no idea why they wanted to kill me

This happened to me twice yesterday while I was headed to Winterhold. The tiger-faced assassins turned up out of nowhere and these guys are pretty quick with their daggers! A note read they are tasked with slaying the dovahkiin and must be done at any cost. Killing them were pretty easy though. :p

Dragon encounters are random so no point in posting them in relation to a specific location. And when I asked for the path, I meant the quest - you have 2 choices when you reach the temple and interact with Azura

Get the Spellbreaker Shield, its a very good shield plus a powerful ward. Its a deadric artifact obtained after completing the quest The Only Cure.

Using this shield no Mage will stand chance, any skeletons can be killed with a single bash of the shield.

^I am into two-handed weapons unfortunately. :( And the skill has greatly improved this far - at level 78 now. I do not want to switch to the single-handed weaponry now. I also happened to use the staff that Master Necromancer (in my previous post!) had used against me - it was way too good. Skeletons and other lesser minions broke into pieces from a single strike!

The heavy armor has reached 65+ IIRC. The best part is there is this skill upgrade for heavy armor wherein no weight will be added for any heavy armor worn - requires level 70 for heavy armor to unlock that skill though. I am just waiting for that one so I could carry a whole lot of load and can run faster when not carrying much.

Which race are you playing?

Which style pure warrior, pure mage, or mix of warrior and mage?

Even i used a two handed earlier, but then I found an Ebony sword and I loved it so got to one handed. I was level 65 when I switched now my 1 handed is 100 and trying to increase my block its 67. Just love blocking the opponents' power moves with the shield, they look so helpless when they can even land a single blow on me.

Biggest challenge in blocking : Blocking the attacks of a giant

Guys, quick question. I've put 30-40 hours into this and now my Legit copy is here. Anyways to transfer progress ? I've explored a lot (for the no. of hours played).

Am sure it'll ask you if you want to delete / remove save games while uninstalling. If not, just Google for the save games folder and take a backup just in case

When I beat this dragon somewhere (don't remember the location) and just when I was about to approach the world-wall to absorb the shout, a dragon-priest was spawned - Krosis! This thing owned me left, right and center for almost 20 minutes! Had to try at least a dozen times to beat this creature. To make matters worse, my partner had this staff which spawns the Dremora Caitiff with a greatsword which could fight for our side but the priest instantly converts him against us. Finally, running around in circles with the healing power and some arrows took down Krosis. It was the hardest battle in the game by far!

Just battled Krosis today. I found this battle exciting but quite easy actually. For me both the dragon and dragon priest spawned at the same time. I kept dodging the priest's fireballs and managed to fend off his frost atronach, in the midst of the battle with the dragon which I finally won. Then I retreated well away and used the call dragon shout. I don't think the dragon did much but it was enough of a distraction for me to rush forward and give a staggering power attack with my sword (Dawnbreaker). I did repeated power attacks while occasionally using the restoration spell to get my stamina back. The priest couldn't do jack! :p

I went to fight Krosis when i was like level 8 or 10 he pwned me.

Another good battle is with Knevel the tongue, very powerful, during the Quest Silenced Tongues he is a real bad a**.

For a good experience go in alone.
