I checked at Alfa, Mumbai yesterday.

Galaxy S - 20.5k

Galaxy SL - 19.5k

There is the Galaxy Pop for ~ 9k and the Galaxy Fit for ~10.5k

And doesnt LG Optimus still stands as the cheapest Android phone where people crib the least..? As in where android gives a decent experience..?

A friend is Looking for a phone which should be on adroid and the cheapest as well. So got to suggest a 'working android' phone.

Need one mobile with these features, good audio quality, FM, above average\good battery life.

Budget: 4K approx.

P.S.: Who good are micromax mobiles? especially those with yamaha amplifier.

when did that start in 4gb version
i dont know why but i get a feeling that you are referring to Galaxy SL i 9003 and what and where exactly is this mcd in vashi ?

But the price is inclusive of Taxes which means it is with bill...

Yeah... I guess it has to be the O1. But I personally don't like LG... :(

It was available at Alfa for 10.6k yesterday. So, the 10k offer on ebay seems good enough.

If a coupon can be applied, it'll be even better!! :p

Actually, Alfa always lists the phones with 2 price tags. One is with bill and one is without bill.

The 'with bill' prices are listed in blue whereas the 'without bill' prices are listed in red.

Prices I saw were quoted in blue which means that they are inclusive of Taxes and with bill prices.

And yes, I already mentioned in this or some other thread that the Galaxy SL seems worthless if the difference between it and the Galaxy S is only 1k... :p

Hmmm... Last I checked only the I9003 i.e. the Galaxy SL was available with 4GB and the Galaxy S I9000 was available with 8/16GB Memory...

i was amazed too .. i didnt knew there was 4gb version of it

actually that noobie frnd of mine was going for c7 :\ i told him to buy lg optimus and we came across i9000 :p

instead of wasting 18k on c7 i changed his mind to optimus and then to Galaxy s :p

and the price for 16gb card the shopkeeper told was around 1700 appprox (dont remember it exactly)

dude that 4gb is the memory card size or the internal memory size :S:S:S
there's one way of ending this confusion
can you post some pics of the phone and its box
that is going to be one major help
