Hi i have been using w810i(gr8 phone) for 4 years now!Time to change the mobile!

1)I require a mobile which can play good music and video.

2)Camera doesnt matter

Anyone here owns the Nokia 5230 XpressMusic? I've read in many reviews that the battery life of the phone is a big let down. Could anyone confirm this?
The phone seems perfect for my requirements but if the battery life is poor then I'll have to look for something else. Anyone has any suggestions for a phone with similar features? My budget is Rs. 15k max. I require the phone to be fast and I would prefer either a 3.5mm jack or the ability to somehow use my own headphones.

I have decided to extend my budget and have almost decided to get the Nokia 5800 XM for around 19k. Anyone thinks I am making a mistake? I guess most of the issues have been fixed with the new firmware update? Or is there any other phone that I can get with this budget?

Dude I think you misunderstood me. I meant that I am 99% settled on the 5800 XM.

And now I guess I am 100% settled. Anything to look out for at the dealer while buying the phone?

Downsides: Lack of Wi-Fi , Bluetooth 1.2 & Average battery life

Well guys I need a new phone for the sole purpose of using Airtel GPRS mobile office on it with my laptop..... I was hoping to get to know which is the cheapest phone with GPRS modem capabilities available in the market ....I'd like to know if the gprs class supported by the phone actually makes a difference in the speeds that are available or not ... I have a spice S-600 handset and get max speeds of around 8-9 KBPS ...on airtel Mobile office.
