Nikon D90, 70-300 VR, EXIF:

From left 1st 2 Moons: ISO 400, f/18, 1 sec.

Rest of the Moons: ISO 200, 300mm, f/8, 1 - 3 sec.

Wow :O Thats pure awesomeness !! :D Any tips on shooting lightning would be helpful . I tried out a few times and all I got was black/purplish skies . :ashamed: .

Abhi can help you with that. He is fond of clicking lightning snaps. One of his snaps were featured in a local newspaper as well. :P

From whatever little I know, a good tripod is mandatory and exposure is set to like 10~15 seconds with low ISO settings.

Can I ask for a larger image to be used as wallpaper please :)
 
Nice moon snaps man! I missed it. Super cloudy here. Was only able to get a glimpse of the moon for some 30 seconds. And it looked liek a finger nail. Don't wanna upload :|
