Yes... outfield will be slow as snails now. Sharma Ji will take the aerial route and smash it around the park instead :D

Meanwhile Sascha is only 1 set away from winning the French Open!

Sharma ji gonna lose a few kilograms cuz he is gonna run a lot. Virat plays down the grounds and with this outfield many won't reach the boundary ropes as they should. Going to be fun. XD

Lol jinxed it. Virat gone.

India truly playing Gully Cricket™. Both Virat and Rohit gave gifted their wickets in plates.

Man what the actual hell is Pant doing. He has got like 5 lives in the last 7-8 deliveries.

Regardless of the result, it was a terrible performance. Everybody threw their wickets away.

Well it was an embarrassing display of batting. Even if we win somehow, IMO it was horrible. A sad run out at the end and we couldn't even play the full 20 overs.

No overs lost.
We compensated on the behalf of rain by getting all out inside 19 overs.

This was a meme game. Incredible bowling from the Indian side. Opponent had more batsmen getting out to genuine wicket taking delivering than playing rash shots.

Bumrah was outstanding yesterday. Even Pandu was great with the ball. Bowlers won the match for us. From 57/2 in 10.1 overs to 113/7 in 20 overs... glorious failure by Pak.

Dube has been terrible so far for us. Hopeless with the bat and drops catches.

Bangladesh vs SA today should be a good match.

I think we need to focus on our recklessness than their failure. We were 89/3 after 12 overs. That score was marred with mindless mishits. And we couldn't even complete 20 overs after that. Scored 30 runs in 7 overs at a miserly RR of 4.

Literally every single batsman gifted away their wickets while attempting lofted shots.

Pakistan fan who sold tractor to attend match vs IND, says thanks to Rohit Sharma’s team

He got $3000 for that and drained it all at one go. That's 2,50,625.25 Indian Rupees or 8,37,986.40 Pakistani Rupees. Yes, 8.5 lakh in PKR. I'd never understand why people would dish out multiple lakhs only for 3 hours of live.

@Black_Hawk Check out this Caribbean Cricket Ground: Arnos Vale Ground. Literally next to the sea and it looks so cool and scary at the same time. This World Cup is being played here.

Somebody tried to explain Cricket to the Americans in American language and it's bloody hilarious:

US ate 110 Burgers in 20 minutes and 8 guys passed out. India has eaten 33 burgers and 2 guys have passed out in 6 minutes.
The max duration is 20 minutes and if more than 10 guys vomit, it's game over. India must reach 111 burgers in 14 remaining minutes w 8 guys left.

USA vs Ireland abandoned due to rain and that's enough to make them Qualify! India and US head to the Super Eights. :)

Pakistan are officially out of the T20 WC!

Seriously, how good is Saurabh Netravalkar! 21/2 against South Africa too. Ends the 19th over with four back to back dot balls. He was in India's U-19 World Cup Team.

Had India invested in him, we'd have two Bumrahs literally. Guy is almost that level while playing cricket part time.

An Indian cricketer named "David Johnson" fell from the 4th floor and passed away today.

What a terrifying death that! RIP.

Was just reading about this. Sad news, RIP. Police are investigating if it was a sudden accidental fall or a suicide. Apparently, David Johnson was also battling health issues for a while now.

In better news...

India won their first Super 8 game against AFG. We face Bangladesh next on Saturday.

Tomorrow's clash between England & SA should a be a good game.

SA should a be a good game.
For as long as I remember, SA have looked invincible in World Cups barring the Knock Out games. KO is where they are known to lose. This WC is an anomaly tho. They don't look dominant by any means. All their wins have been on very thin margins where the game could've gone either way. Somehow, they have managed to hold on to their nerves, something they have repeatedly failed to do in all previous WCs. Same in the game vs USA. Without that lucky Harmeet wicket in the 19th over, SA were an route to lose that game.

It'd be poetic if they go on to finally win a World Cup while playing this average and winning matches while holding their nerves in crunch moments.
