This seems to have a quartz type coil as well as a self winding mechanism. Something like what seiko make in their kinetic watches? Not too sure.

Today, HMT Pawan! This beauty was a gift to my father from his elder brother when my father cleared his 10th grade, about 50 years ago. Another relic - hand me down that I will treasure till my last and perhaps hand it down again to my child.

New to this forum though like them watches. Have pre-ordered a 44mm silver GW 4 which should arrive this weekend. My 1st smartwatch so kinda excited for it.
even i was pondering about it, though a 40mm one due to my smaller wrist. Battery life is what keeping me away from it. What makes you go for it? Just want to understand the thought process which may help me to decide. I was also exploring Amazfit gts 2 mini which have atleast a few days battery life.

I just wanted a high end android watch and budget wasn't a problem. And the pre-order began around the same time and the reviews were mostly positive I got it.
And I got the 44mm one due to the larger battery.
