Yes, since it has been built over Win7. Also is backward compatible, so what works there, should work here.

This Build --> Beta --> RC --> RTM --> General Availability is the progression.

AMD graphics drivers supports wddm 1.2 for radeon 5xxx+ so no worries for graphics and support wddm 1.1 for old gen cards..
