Open to other builds too but keen on the following base components in case of a desktop:
  1. Core i7 4790k and compatible motherboard/RAM
  2. GeForce GTX 970/980/980 Ti
Will prioritize a full build over individual components but open to both.

In case of a laptop, similar or equivalent configuration with a 4th gen i7, GTX 970 or up etc.

Location is Bangalore, KA.

My brother has a 4790k system lying around and a 1080ti as well. He is just lazy to pack and sell it off. Would it be possible for you to arrange local pickup in Hyderabad and have someone ship it to you.
