Wow.. finally something to keep Switch's hopes alive. Lucky dawg will get away with it without playing badminton and jogging from his home to his showroom.
 
He cant loose dat much weight .... he is still way over 110 kilos for sure .... but yeah he did loose considerable wait n his new Video ROCKS :D
 
there were some awards coming where the host asked him how he did it...

He said.. He stopped eating anything other than salads and boiled food, and followed a strict exercise regime and got to what he looks like now, but it took him 2 years to do this..
 
A few days ago, BT had a full page covering Adnan's pics from his childhood to what he is now..and you'll be stunned to see he was perfectly in shape till the age of 26-27..so i guess, going back to tht size again wont be too hard for him...afterall its not genetic in his case..he put it on himself..n how..lol..:P

I have complete respect for this dude man, ie if he used only diet and exercise and no pills.

But no prize for him. Why the hell give a prize to someone who brought the insane weight upon himself and then lose it? The weight loss itself should be his 'prize' :P
 
i agree what he might be saying is true......

but also he might have done surgery too....

its not possible to take a men out of u......

the body wont accept such a major change in 2 year time also...simple logic u dont get a body like arnold in 2 years time than how come loosing such a huge amount...damn fishy stuff......he might faint if he loose much...also i thght he was like that becoz of hormone....rather the eating habit....

but anyways happy for the guy...he looks much younger now

I was 115 kilos. Reduced dinner from heavy meal to just 1 banana and 1 glass of milk for 3 months (bfast and lunch as usual) and also 1 tab MultivitaminB every day.

Logic : We aint doing anything to burn calories while sleeping. So why eat heavy at night? So just eat very little at night.

End result : 86 kilos now. :)
