I wont trust anti static bag to run entire mobo resting on it while in operation.
Better put it in the cardboard box or big piece of foam. If the plastic melts near the hot areas under the processor then it can create problems.
yeah that right the plastic can melt ...... but if u see carefully the mobo is resting on two CD boxes and its not making any contact with the plastic bag .... mobo is little above the bag so it also gives proper ventilation
