samsung is doing well in dual sim phones. basic phone e1252/2232/2152 will meet u r requirement.

c2-03 also faces problems the touch is not responsive. review are not showing user satisfaction. v can even go for samsung as review says that samsung is succesful than nokia. but i do not prefer samsung. though samsung 2232 and 2152 dual sim are succesful.

X1-01 ,no camera no gprs. key pad seem to be of no good quality. phones hangs often. nokia is not interested to give dual sim phones. they are not succesful also with the available models.

try motorola touch and type with wifi but no 3g. you get the phone for 6,000 app. features seem to be good. do not invest more now wait for some more time so that technology change will bring many more smart phones with great features.
