You can contact the seller regarding the issue, many have received new/refurbished phone in a sealed pack..
 
@Soyab0007 until 3 months ago,I used a Cheap Chinese Charger and the touchscreen Stopped working
if anybody know how to fix it please let me know :(

@RS4 WebOS 2.1 on Pixi is still experimental, upgraded to 1.4.5

The package was not even sealed, it was open and he stuffed some cheap earphones and a USA to India pin converter plug into the box. the battery looks used too.

As you said i too wanna know how many received the phone in good condition. So that we can be aware of this kind of deal in future from the seller and also tradus.
Because tradus should give their best in refunding for those who didn't receive the product in good condition.

Had left message for seller but he hasn't replied in past 30 hrs. Don't feel like calling him as have already cancelled my order.
 
This is worth at this price. I have used pixi plus, pre 3 and touchpad in the past. webOS is one the finest os i have ever used. webOS nation guys are really helpful and superb community.
