Youtube/FB/Insta/Twitter/Tiktockers pushed crypto pretty hard down their audience.
The overnight profit margins in crypto is way too lucrative becoming rich overnight is still the wet dream for most.

Opening an account on crypto exchange is much easier than opening a demat account.

The risk though is most people look at crypto as an equity-like asset.
That is perhaps going to be their fundamental un-doing of sorts.

Yes, I have seen games(even 2 year old ones) taking above 10gb vram at 1080p and 18-20gb at 4k. What this game will do, only time will tell.

Is 30k for 1070 ok ?... The cards looks in good condition and the person said will change thermal paste. Looking to use it for next 2 years as it has 8gb vram.

There is no good price on GPUs as you already know. Right now buy GPUs only if you absolutely must need them and don't care about the amount you spend on it since if you "need" them then the amount doesn't matter anyways since "need" = you cannot live without it.
There's no way a 1070 can last for 2 years on 1080p since it already dips to 35-40fps in many AAA games.

there is a dude on olx selling in warranty 1070 for 25k lots of cards,some miner clearing his farm i guess
