I missed the old days Online sales, where you can buys things from Flipkart, Amazon and you can trust to have it delivered prompt and safe. Now just thinking about delivery, I get headaches along with jitters.

The delivery has became so unreliable that theirs no point shopping from this sites, amazon has failed to deliver 6 out of 8 items i ordered ,most being cancelled by delivery guys themselves and the customer support has became a joke .

i am close to stopping my prime service this year. acha hua lord of the rings dekh liya.

glad i dont have to pay for plus service on flipkart otherwise would have never cared with them too.
 
flipkart at one point was way better felt curated . right now both the sites are abysmal. they are quantity over quality .Don't give a reason that we cater to every price point . You are fooling poor people by selling substandard products which in turn causes distrust in online shopping

Surprised to hear this. I've had mostly reliable delivery with amazon.

The strange thing is you say canceled by the delivery guy? I've heard people complain about being cancelled by the seller and then they lost whatever deal.

Sometimes the item is marked did not accept delivery when nobody showed up. Irritating but usually appears the day after.

Same anxiety when S23 was on its way and this 'open box checking' business with FK but it turned out good for me. Next day delivery as well.

I figure if FK can can handle that then I can give them more business. Here some items can take time to arrive. But to my surprise some item that was due a couple of days later arrived today.

For Amazon...Write to jeff bezos...no i am not joking...they will seriously work on it at the highest level and that's the best probability of a succesful resolution

Flipkart laptop price 25k before offer days, was waited to buy in offer with some discount but came to know that as soon as offer starts on 09-10-2024 the same laptop price increase to 27k and max discount is Rs.750/- what a joke.

experience same with both FK/AZ since 2018, when ever offer is too good to believe their delivery guys NEVER able to find address, strange that a day earlier (before and deals day starts) they found address and delivered the goods successfully.
