Reveals for me with a click. And good thing is not all is revealed unless you click the individual paras.

Those are all working fine for me with the dark theme.

Took a while to get used to the dark theme but all good so far. The only thing that is less obvious is bolded text. So underlining is important

The Substance: 8/10

A fantastic, intense movie.
There is a lot of goriness and body horror in this movie. It's uncomfortable to watch few scenes, definitely not for faint hearted.
Except that, the acting, screenplay and how intense it gets is so good. Only the ending could be polarizing.
I am amazed at the production design and cinematography. This movie surely is in the oscar path iinw.

I absolutely loved this movie.

The Lair - 3/10

Just Horrible, Was this supposed to be a horror movie or a parody ?
Even the monsters didn't knew how to act, one moment they can chop off heads with one below and next moment they are struggling to fight a barehanded guy.
And the stupidest part the monster only came out at night coz sunlight hurts them. These guys got a dead monster laying on a bench , and the cut it open take out his organs (pretty sure it was more dead now) and he comes back to life like a sleeping beauty and starts throwing everyone around.
And how the hell the major managed to be a major with that kind of stupid thought process. ( Blew himself up with a grenade to kill a monster who could be killed any other way )
Bad acting and even worse dialogues, Considering how stupid decisions everyone was making I'm surprised even 3 people managed to stay alive.
The only reason I watched the full movie was to know how these stupid people manage to survive.

Conclave (2024) - An excellent slow drama. Nice setting and Theme. Engrossing for me, though a few might find it a bit slow. Only not so good part for me was maker's itch to insert wokism in the finale!

Wild Robot (2024) - A good family entertainer, somewhat on the side of a kid movie. Not as god as awesome of the GaGa reviews, but very good nonetheless.

I Want to Talk - 6.5/10

It was a good one-time watch, but nothing amazing. The fact that it was based on a real life story was incredible. In the past 4-5 years, it has become quite rare for me to want to watch a Bollywood movie due to the absolute crap they've been putting out, but this was one that I wanted to see.

I hope Bollywood considers making more movies that are either light-hearted, slice-of-life, good comedies, psychological thrillers or dramas that aren't over the top, compared to mindless action, violence, or comedy relying on vulgarity, which seems to be the majority of content that is churned out. Then again, I know that stuff like that sells and what I want to watch probably doesn't rake in money.

Conclave: 3/10

What a crap movie. The pacing is dead slow but atleast holds 'what happens next' to some extent. But overall, a time waster.
The cinematography and locations are top notch. The actors have done their job good enough.
Uses classic switch bait technique to push some agenda, making it feel like the movie’s purpose was deceptive from what it initially felt.

7.5 as per IMDB, 92 as per Rotten Tomatoes, 3/10 as per some random dude.

Ratings are an aggregate of random dudes' opinions and they can vary a lot based on personal taste. What one person loves, another might not, so it's all about perspective!
There are people on the same websites you mentioned who rated it lower than 3 and bashed it for different reasons.
That's why I mentioned Rotten Tomatoes score which is by film critics, not some randos on internet.

The point was to show both general audience and critics rated the film highly.

Rotten Tomatoes is audience reviews too. And People like me never care for critics reviews anyway. I always rely on peer review.

And there are so many movies I rate 1-2-3 stars which has glowing reviews. Nothing wrong or unusual about it. Art is personal.

Me too liked cinematography, acting and locations in Conclave. But it never was a suspense, I guessed from start that Bellini was Ambitious and Papacy will veer towards Lawrence & Benitez could be wild card. I was only irked by agenda pushed in the climax.

Rotten tomatoes lost their credibility years ago when some company bribed critics $100 each to bump up the ratings of the movies they were promoting.
More often than not RT reviews are polar opposites of most people's opinions, not surprising as the parent company is WB.
Masterpieces like Acolyte, She-hulk, Batwoman are rated 80% by these "critics".

She-hulk - Please don't mention such masterpiece (it takes away mental peace)
