Dude, you didn't researched the links which i gave you. If you're going to buy new one Get Seasonic SII 520W.. Nothing else. If you already have GS500, no need to upgrade.

Seasonic has 40A on dual rails. GS500 has 39A on dual rails. GTX 560 requires PSU to have min 31 A which is more than enough. I gave enough reasons to save your money. Next is your choice.

Since you'll be gaming as well utilize your GPU for compute purpose too. Get HD 7970. It isn't far behind in games and is 45%; better than GTX 680 in compute power.

Since, you said you'll be upgrading, try to keep the costs minimum and get the Gamma Archer instead. Though I couldn't find any review, this might be a better than Intel HSF.

Gamma archer looks better and has better airflow means a little lower temps. But where will you get it ? I checked online shops , couldn't find the model.
