VX450 is enough upto 4870/260 + S775 / Phenom 2 Quad rig. There will probably be no bottleneck If you play at high resolution on GTX+/4850, eg 1680x1050 or higher. It will probably bottleneck or just on the edge at stock 2.4GHz with 4870. Again depends on game.
