Awesome, thanks for all the tips, will keep in mind. I had tried out a few bikes, almost made up my mind to pick one up from a store here for like 200 bucks, but never got around to it and then the snow season started :P No that it is starting to get sunnier, I should pick one up soon.

I think for math ton work you need to compile with the -lm switch. For clear screen ive used: system("clear"); clrscr(); wont work as its a borland-implementation specific.

I use dropbox for all my important docs, project/class work, code etc. The cloud is the way to go!! Frequency: Live; as long as I'm connected to the interwebz. It is also an awesome way to keep data sync'd between my laptop and desktop. I do not backup anything else :)

Re: urgent....suggest a power supply , GPU PSU - try to get a corsair...you can never go wrong with one of those... Not sure of the latest prices back in India... Which Intel Quad are you talking about...do you have a model-no. And which AMD are you trying to compare it with?
