Even i wanted to stay away to have peace of mind.... but before dumping the idea of going with a R-Sim Unlock device, if i could have an idea of what i would be missing if i go for it... And if its seems i can live with it and a little less risky.... then why not give it a try....

Nope, its still not converted in to EMI even after repeated mails and calls.... they are saying to pay the min amount to the bank before the bill due date i.e 17th june whcih i did already... and they say it will get converted in the next billing cycle which is due in ~10 days...
