hey dinjo few more thing what should i install for a FTP and HTTP downloads . And can you help me with the login script that i use on linux to work here . am getting a weird error of "(" parameter expected on the router .

i used a file named "crclient"

script :

./crcllient -s [for specifying the settings of DNS and all that]

./crclient -u <username>[for login]

And I meant I wanted to download files using the router from the net on FTP protocol.
 
I need to know the contents of crclient script.

For ftp downloads just google ftp linux man page and start off , its simple.
 
@dinjo,

my router is showing 95% memory usage, can you tell what me be the possible memory hogging resource ? I just installed optware as prescribed in the front page of the thread and transmission :(
 
Finally with a huge help from dinjo :) and a little googling from my side the setup is complete . Now am logged in local ISP since night :) without the use of any PC login clients :) . Ahh this is HEAVEN :) no more visiting the shitty login pages or using the cyberoam client ;) .

Mostly depends upon the size of torrent a single torrent of 25GB can put load on router than 8 different torrents running simultaneously.

@kanishk

You need to check the load average than memory its more than enough
