Courier Service Feedback

DTDC has been decent, only very few hiccups, I stopped using them when they stopped pickup from my area. Now Bluedart/ Fedex are my courier of choice, lil on the higher side (Mum - Mum letter = 35 as against Vichare = 6/9), but never been an issue, and deliveries to even the remotest corner of the country in 24 hrs flat, provided you have the PIN code. Note: They don't accept any delivery without PIN code, and if you put the wrong one, expect the parcel back in 2 days.

Last experience with DTDC was nice and they help a lot in sending my stuff. But just quick advice stay away it sending valuable stuff through DTDC and choose any day best TNT cos they give insurance option
 
hey, which courier service doens't have problems shipping electronic stuff?? All the ones I went to said they wouldn't send electronics as the courier boys would steal them :|

Same things happened with me i am trying to get courier from navi mumbai

its electronic guitar and courier(DTDC,blue dart) are refusing to take it

Saala blu dart opened my courier and told they wont send it

can someone tell m ewhich courier should i use in navi mumbai...please and address or contact phone number
 
You can use TNT - I use it and I'm very satisfied. Very professional - rates are very comparative - and you just need to call their toll free no. - they will come to your home/office and pick up the packet.

Try it.
 
For domestic BlueDart and TNT are almost equal. TNT charges less than BlueDart IMO.

Fedex is great for international shipments. Don't know about domestic.

DTDC is O.K. Used it many times - not any problem so far. But nothing extra ordinary.

Safexpress and Blazeflash - never used them.
 
two shipments : - 1.one from kolkata and 2.from Guwahati

speed post consignment reaches Lucknow the same day (by air) but is delivered 2 days letter - kept their promise of 3 days

dtdc - still waitin to receive it
 
Sent a PSP to bombay via First Flight Courier , sent on 3rd Night , Received on 5th Mid , good experience , charged 160 bucks for the package . Bluedart were asking for 520 and wouldnt ship the battery

i received a damaged parcel from dtdc yesterday! salle dtdc chor!:mad::mad:
MC- BC :mad::mad:
they had opened it and stole a few things resealed it and gave it to me!!
i was shocked to find missing items on opening. reported to the ebay seller immediately
dont know wat to do now,
the seller says its not his fault

i lost things worth 500 in that!
shud i leave a -ve rating for the seller, he has a 100 % positive feedback as of now
who will compensate for my loss.
if i have to bear that loss, i have no choice but to leave a -ve rating for the seller only!

there sld be some kind of SEAL from the seller, just like when we buy things we see that warranty void if seal broken this sld be directly from the seller & then we dont accept things when that seal is tampered.

trusted courier people like DHL & others dont do this kind of pity things.

i'll file a complain to DTDC from my side to begin with, guys lets make a difference & do wat we can, atleast.

the dtdc guys opened it and then resealed it with their own dtdc marked tape,

it looked perfectly alright from the outside

only when i opened it , i found the items missing ,

i thought that the seller might have forgot to put all the items , when i called him he says he had packaged it with all that i had ordered,

so it was opened by dtdc guys only which i realized from the dtdc tape they had put on it!

the seller's tape was a simple cello tape without any logo!

its all because of 3 holidays sat-sun-mon(dushherra)

the parcel got stuck at one place and probably they opened it , took the items and resealed it

Do you think seller responsible for the items being stolen by DTDC? consider your self at seller's place then make decision.

i thought a lot on this!
so i have asked the seller to bear 50 % of the loss and i bear 50 % of the loss!

if he doesnot comply , then i ll bear 100% loss no problems and will leave a -ve rating - as simple

BN MC BDL chor DTDC guys..... Yeah I can understand your position but leaving negative ratings wont effect seller's reputation, he will get rid by appealing to community court with justifications. Idea of 50 /50 loss seems good, if seller agree.

i bought items with 3 diff id;s from the seller, i can give him 3 negative reps if i want to!

its not just 1 negative feedback, its 3!

it wud mean a lot to the seller with 100% positive until now!

Just raise the dispute with ebay on completion of mandatory 10 days and say that items are not received as described.i did the same thing in my case and was compensated by the seller ,cos since they charge shipping charges, it's their responsibility to choose a good courier company.

This will just linger on seller's payment from paisapay, nothing else. Further non insured items damaged or lost in shipping does not comes under paisapay / eBay protection.

Items that are lost or damaged during shipping are not eligible for the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program programs unless you are the buyer and one of the following conditions apply:
