a non-voilent approach maybe more practical.. but as everyday passes and mroe and more striking docs fall ill due to hunger.. makes me wonder.. were the britishers more humane then the indian gov itself??
This one's only for IIM/IIT's for now...XTerminator said:What about Govt Colleges in Mumbai...I sure do hope they recall the 50% crap...
Its totally useless. A 35% reservation is still overkill but 50% is totall uncalled for.

The fact is that the british never bothered too much about non-violent protests. The only reason they left india was due their own bankruptcy in the world war 2, and was getting too costly to manage the country which was already sucked out of money for 200 years at a stretch and nothing much was left to suck out more. They had got their fill, and they got out. It's a grim reality..but yes..that's the fact. Non-violent protests mean jack. Waste of time. Look at the example of Russia - a huge civil war took place, the local people exterminated the entire royal family which was nothing but a huge burden on the people. The entire country got under Marxist communist regime. Tables turned in one night.chic_magnet said:..and i actually agree with Undertaker's post.. wherein he says that its time for a civil war... well ya not exactly a civil war but a war nevertheless!
